Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, Im not getting the equalizer in the Bang Olufsen software to work. It seems to be only the equaliser that is not working correctly.

 

Incase my screenshot below can´t be seen proparly. It states that above the equaliser that I need to detach external units inorder to use the equaliser, and I have nothing plugged into  the pc.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
