Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I brought a HP Envy x360.  However, I have encountered an issue.  When I click on the Bang and Olufsen Audio Control Icon, it starts up then stops with the error message 'Cannot connect to RPC service'.  I have tried updating the Realtek HD Audio Driver and uninstalling the driver, then reinstalling it but no luck.  I could do with a step by step guide of how to do get it back please.
