Hi there
This topic was already posted some time ago under a similar name. I want to specify here now my solution regarding a clean install of Windows 10 Version 1803.
After a clean installation in UEFI mode (which is according HP experimental on that Laptop) I had several unknown "Base System Device Missing" entries in the Hardware Manager.
For example, one was the JMicron Media Card Reader:
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&SUBSYS_1619103C&REV_30
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&SUBSYS_1619103C
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&CC_088000
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&CC_0880
Interestingly I wasn’t able to install (on any way) the driver package sp64135.exe which is recommended in other threads. I had to install the previous driver version 1.0.72.4 which comes in package sp60769.exe.

The most recent driver for the Validity Fingerprint Sensor is available in the package sp66915.exe. Unfortunately that package cannot be found any longer at the HP website, - I had to download it from softpedia:
Finally I had to install the HP 3D DriveGuard driver which HP calls also “HP ACCELEROMETER driver”. The most recent version seems to be available in the sp85435.exe package. It contains only the driver and no additional HP software.
Well, there exist one little problem with this package, - it doesn’t install any driver! However, after expanding it to the swsetup directory the driver can be loaded manually from C:\swsetup\SP85435.

The HP ProBook 6560b runs really great with 8GB of DDR3 memory. That is probably also because of the Micron MTFDDAK128MAM-1J1 (aka Micron C400) SSD. It is performing despite its age still great in conjunction with Windows 10.
Be aware that it is strongly recommended to update the ProBook (and also the OEM Micron SSD) to the latest firmware version. Especially in regard to the Spectre & Meltdown CPU flaws this brings a more reliable system. (The latest ProBook 6560b UEFI firmware was released in March 2018.)
Kind regards
Lorn10
