Product: hp omen 17-an012dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp omen charge light goes orange for 1 second then stops. I have replaced both the battery and charging cable. It works with the new battery but it's almost out of charge. I don't know what to do. When the laptop is on it those the same thing charges for a second then just stops.
