Product: HP elitebook 8570w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone, i recently got a second battery (product number is 634087-001) for my HP elitebook 8570w and when i went to dock my computer on the charger, the computer just states that battery 2 is not present, even though i have already plugged it in, it only recognizes my primary battery and thats it. what do i have to do to get my secondary battery to work?
