Example: Pavilion x360 Convertible

I have a Pavilion x360 Convertible and my laptop had accidentally fallen down a few months ago. Since it fell down, lots of problems have been coming up ever since- cracked screen, failed updates and now; I'm having battery issues. My laptop is simply not charging and I have received a warning that I should replace it. But, how am I supposed to replace the battery in this time of the pandemic and especially considering the lock down? It mentions that my battery is one year and seven months old, It's cycle count is 88/1000 and its full capacity charge is 3543 mAh (97%), if that's of any help. The warranty for my laptop has also expired; any chance it is possible to renew it? The starting date of my warranty was 25-05-2019 and the expiry date is 24-05-2020.
