Product: HP Pavilion Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My battery won't charge above 0% even while plugged into the power cord. I was doing some trouble shooting and came up with a failed battery test. The status said "Replace(42)" with the failure ID as 94PNKW-7KJAM7-MFPWMF-C08P03. The computer works while plugged in but I want to know why it won't hold any charge anymore. Thanks for your help!
