Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

This Tuesday, I encountered the first problem with the battery in my laptop. I had it charged to about 50%, and suddenly, after reopening the laptop (it was in sleep mode), it immediately dropped to around 6% and then shut down. That same evening, I upgraded the system to Windows 11, but that shouldn't be related. On Thursday evening, I had the laptop charged to at least 80%, and after reopening it, the laptop turned off by itself after a while (I didn't notice how much battery percentage it had). Now, when I charge the laptop, the charging seems to be stuck at 35%.

Some time ago, I had to replace the battery (the old one started to swell). It's not an original HP battery, but it should have the exact same specifications as the original one. Unfortunately, I can't find the invoice to check which battery it is. I ran the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic Windows, and it indicates that the battery is SR04070 - Primary. The diagnostics showed that the test failed. I’m attaching the details.

I would appreciate any help.
