Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I receive a message when I restart the laptop that I need to replace the battery. I'm trying to buy a new battery in Amazon and HP Store, but I couldn't find a battery for my laptop. 

 

My laptop is not under warranty. I tried to contact HP Support and local service centers. The numbers are not working. Also, HP Virtual Assistant couldn't help me find the right battery for my laptop. 

 

How can I know the right battery for my laptop and where can I buy it?
