Product: HP Laptop 15-bs1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi folks.

My laptop is working properly, but the battery just dies when I unplug the terminal. I've been searching for information on battery replacement for my computer, but I cannot find any. In the HP Store, it does not find the product, and I cannot find a battery.
