Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a message on boot up saying my battery care function setting is set to 100, and HP recommends that I should set it to 80 to avoid premature battery wear; the screenshot of the same is attached below.

But I checked everywhere on BIOS; this setting is not there.

My laptop is running on the latest version of BIOS, which is provided on the driver's site of HP, which is F.29. 

How can I access the Battery Care Function?
