Just purchased a fairly new hp envy 17 from Ebay.. got a really good deal considering the condition and spec.
Powered up as I had to reinstall all drivers and operating system. Took the power lead out to work in the living room and the laptop died.
Did some hp assistant bios checks to reveal a battery fault has blown a fuse (42).

And the following fault code.
The system looks like it is still in warranty for another 7 months. Can someone tell me the closest hp representative to Belfast and is this a common flaw or fault with these systems. Seems pretty premature to fail when it's not a year old.
One last thing there is a 1tb sata drive can this be upgraded to an ssd or can I add an ssd to the unit.
Thanks in advance
Kind regards
