HP Pavilion Power Laptop 15-cb0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone!

I think I have a battery issue. When I charge my laptop HP Pavilion Power 15-cb0xx the battery level reaches 70-80% at maximum, it depends on the day, showing the blue light and without charging more. The blue light indicates that the battery is completely charged otherwise it would show the orange/red light. Also, it happend twice that when I was using the pc without the AC charger connected, when it reached the battery level of around 14% it completely turned off.

I think it started happening when an application that I use to take university exams crashed blocking completely my pc. The application is "Respondus Lockdown Browser 2" and when is operating it blocks every unnecessary activities and applications. That day the application bar completely disappeared and even the task manager, so I needed to turn it off by the power button.  After I turned it on the pc started re-operating normally.  I do not know if it is related to the battery issue.

Moreover, the HP support Assistant keep telling me that the battery is "OK", but clearily it is not.

So I wanted to make sure that it is the battery before I change it.

Thank you!
