Hi, my battery seems to be only charging when shut down. It still 'charges' when on or in sleep mode, but the percentage doesn't increase. Like right now, it's on 11% and has been for the last two hours while being plugged the whole time and I'm only using Chrome for Google Docs. I've had the device less than a month, and the first two weeks, the battery performed excellently. However I used it one day and it was suddenly doing this. I cant imagine, or at least I would hope that the battery wouldn't have lost this much performance in such little time. It also goes from 100% to 20% in less than 3 hours, again, when Im only using Chrome. And that's on battery saver mode. I've looked at the battery usage and there's no apps taking up over 1% of the battery at any time, apart from apps that I'm currently using. It was like a switch flipped one day and it suddenly began doing this. Any suggestions?
