HP Recommended
Product: HP laptop 14-bp062sa

I’m having problems with my laptop/notebook. I thought i’d killed the battery but having replaced it  (thank you REO51ST) it’s still showing the same icon that says ‘battery not detected’ when hovering over it with the cursor. What else could the problem be and how can I fix it? Any ideas / suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
