Product: HP Pavilion Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

Since the latest update to windows 10 a couple of days ago my battery isn't charging. I have followed the instructions to delete Microsoft ACPI-compliant control and as that didn't work I downloaded the latest Bios update and still nothing. When I switch on the AC supply for a few seconds the icon shows that battery charging but then stops. I have completed a battery check and that says OK. I cannot take the battery out as the back is securely screwed down. Anything else I can do?
