Hello,

So recently I've been having this problem with my battery, where it will never fully charges and stops on random values. I've had this laptop for around 3 years now and I've always been careful to not leave the battery plugged in when it reaches full or almost full, never leave it plugged in at night when I turn it off.

First it stopped around 70%, then I tried unplugging it and waiting a while then plugging it again, got to around 80% and stopped. For a few weeks now it has been fluctuating between values and as I'm typing this the battery stopped at 48%, yeserday it only got to 32%. I also don't get the not charging message even though it's plugged in as I saw other users get.
