Product: EliteBook 820 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Suddenly, the battery is not charging. First noted at "75% plugged in not charging", a week later it is down to 54% plugged in not charging"" The discharge rate appears that it is not under a load at all. Unplugging the AC power adapter ends up in immediate shutdown.

 

820 G4

Win 10 1809 (17763.1339)

Bios HP P78 Ver. 1.32, 1/5/2020

16Gb installed memory.

 

Any insights greatly appreciated.
