Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday I wanted to upgrade my ram with additional 8GB ram with the one already included, So I turned off my laptop and opened it following the instructions and removed the battery (it was almost fully charged ) then I installed the ram , when I opened the laptop it says the battery capacity is very low and battery needs to be replaced.

I made a test and a battery report from powershell the report says battery health 9% and estimated working time is 20 minutes only, Although it actually works well as usual and for more more than 20 minutes, so i think the battery is not dead but i can't understand the problem with the software saying it's dead.
