PROBLEM: Whenever I open or turn on my laptop a message appears which says your battery needs to be replaced. Also, after 5 minutes of keeping my laptop turned on without connecting it to the charger, it automatically shuts down.

Please suggest to me what should I do in order to get its battery replaced or fix the problem.
