HP Recommended
Product: Elitebook 8460p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a new refurbished HP Elitebook 8460p laptop. But problem is that battery drops to from 45%(around 42-49%)  to 6% while normal working on laptop. I'm also used another battery but problem not solved. 

I have checked battery health is fine as it shows Designed capacity = full charge capacity. 

 

So please provide any solution or tell me what is the actual problem.
