Product: HP Pavilion x360 14-cd1005ne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got my laptop roughly 3 years ago, in the second year till now the battery has been absolutely awful, I can’t use it for more than 2 hours without it being plugged in, it works for 2 hours only if the brightness is all the way dimmed, otherwise It’d shut down In an hour and half.

I did all the analysis and tests there is to do, everything on the website and it gives me a good battery health indicator, even after moving between two counties the battery is still bad. I’m thinking of purchasing a new battery but I need to know the name of it (label) and where to get it.
