Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit) 
 

Hello , the battery of my pc does not charge , it is well recognized but remains at 0% .

I did the battery control through the boot menu and here are the results : 

 

ID failure : QOAC42-85T984-QFPG3G-COBLO3

ID Product : WK409EA#ABF
