HP Recommended
Product: Example: HP elite 9480m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop keeps on switching off at the beginning at 56%... But recently even 73%....so it needs to be connected to a charger. It recently said that "battery one not present". I have tried the solutions that had been posted on HP...but it still says the same problem.
