Hi, my laptop now shuts down immediately as soon as I unplug from power source.

The battery is showing a 100% charge. I am unable to turn on without plugging into to power cord.

I have made sure I have the latest BIOS.

I have run a battery test and get the message below (CANCELLED - see screen shot below).

(Please note I am unable to remove the battery from the laptop on this model as suggested in other forums.)

Not sure if relevant, but I have noticed the laptop heating and fan running more than usual in the past few weeks.

Look forward to hearing suggestions to resolve this issue if possible.
