Product: Elitebook 820
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an elittebook which was purchsed by my mum, shes old now so the laptop has been passed on to me. However, i forgot the normal windows password i had on the sysytem so i tried to flash the whole thing, which was not successful. I took the the system to a technician, but i was told there is something called Bios password which can not be repaired, thats why i decided to post it here. Lastly on the  screen it simply says (an operating system wasnt found. try disconnecting any drives  that dont contain an operating system. Press ctrl+Alt+Del to retart) when i follow that command it shows me the same thing again and again.
