Product: HP 2c-2000nr11
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I think my cat stepped on my laptop and made a few unauthorised changes. I tried to recover using earlier date, soft reset and hard reset. Every attempt is in error.

After multiple attempts to reset and scoring a fail for memory and disc diagnosis and learning that bios system utilities system configuration must be correct or a false report can  be cause.

Ive only found that there are settings and shown choices available. I need more. I need told actual settings. Not educated enough to get correct and I don't want to destroy my laptop... 

Please keep in mind I am using a machine with internal recovery if changing bios system config doesnt help boot back into windows i'll be needing oem recovery required
