Product: Elitebook 8540w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, I have an Elitebook 8540w Notebook, until yesterday it worked fine, from time to time I got the error of the Bios error 501 application, I followed the instructions from the HP site to restore the Bios, pressing the windows and letter keys B, then windows letter V, I did not fix the Bios on the contrary I destroy it, deleting the information on the motherboard. Can you help me?
