Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all,

 

I started the laptop and wanted to enter my PIN for BitLocker but it was impossible because the keyboard seems to be blocked.
I do not have an external keyboard.

 

How should I proceed to fix the problem?
