Bitlocker no longer available after Update to Windows Pro 20H2

Hello,

I have Windows professional and used Bitlocker to encrypt my drives.  After updating Windows to Version 20H2 Bitlocker is no longer working.  I can find the App in the Start Menu, but it does not  react.  It is no longer listed in the System Control Settings.

Also, when I open an admin command window  and use manage-bde commands, I also get Eror Code 0x80070057, see output below.

Any Ideas?  I also updated my BIOS (which provides TPM) to latest version.  The result is the same.
