Good evening,

I write this message to seek the cause/solution to a problem that is affecting my laptop. Since a couple of days my laptop won't boot and in particular the screen will remain black while a continuous blinking light is present on all the buttons of the keyboard and power/wifi/audio buttons.
I tried some of the solutions suggested online (such as windows+B+power) without success.


Additionally, in the last year every now and then the laptop would suddenly crash (most of the time watching videos/moving it while in use) giving as error the following:
* STOP: 0x0000001E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF80003453FD, 0x000000000000000, 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF)

Not sure whether the 2 facts are related, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Anybody having any suggestion/idea on how to solve this?
