HP Recommended
Product: HP notebook 2000-2d19WM
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday my laptop worked fine. Last night it worked fine. This morning though, it turns on, connects to internet but nothing comes on screen, it just stays black. Have already tried hard reset by using Windows and B, even used hitting f11 repeatedly and nothing happens. I don't understand what is happening. Please help.
