HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I press the power button the laptop starts up but the screen is black. I need to use the netcable since the battery  capacity "is very low". Every now and then there is a message on the black screen that says: " The system has detected the storage capacity of the battery started below to be very low. For optimal capacity this battery may be to be replaced."

Primary (internal) Battery (001)

ENTER - Continue Start Up.

If the laptop hasn't been used for a couple of days and I then press the power button for about 60 seconds,  without having the netcable connected,  and then connect the netcable and press the powerbutton again, then the screen starts up as normal. If I shut down the laptop and then in 15 minutes press the power button  again, then the computer starts up but the screen is black.

My question is: Do you think that a new battery may be the solution?
