Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have had my laptop for exactly one year and one month now. I´ve contacted HP via whatsapp several times and had to sent my laptop to get repaired twice in one year. The problem is that my screen sometimes turns black for a couple of seconds and then gets back to normal again, at times it turns black and doesn´t return to the normal screen anymore, then I have to close my laptop and restart it and sometimes the format of my screen changes. I have sent it to get it repaired with HP once in April and once in October, however now for the third time, the same problem is still occuring but as my warranty was only valid until October 26th, I am now obliged to pay for the costs if I sent it to get repaired again. I don´t think it´s fair to me to pay for the costs if I have already sent my laptop twice (during its warranty) for the SAME problem.  Is there anything I can do or can I contact someone, given that the operator on Whatsapp is not of any help?

Thank you in advance
