HP PROBOOK 450 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a Blue screen problem with a series of PCs (HP Probook 450 g6).
From my analysis of the dump file the problem seems to be the driver \ SystemRoot \ System32 \ drivers \ cdrv.sys - on the internet, however, I cannot find any trace of cdrv.sys... I not understand what it is or what it refers to ..
I know that most likely the error is due to some windows update, but I wanted to try to fix the problem without having to uninstall the updates.
Anyone have any ideas to fix this?
Thank you and have a good day
