Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I systematically encountered a "blue death screen" with the error code "Whea incurretable error" when using my laptop, I tried the uefi test but did not find any problems, even after a factory reset the problem continued to appear, while using some games the PC crash tends not to occur. Thanks in advance for any additional information I will be happy to answer
