Product: zbook 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

runiing latest version of WWindows 10. V1703.   Blue tooth was working fine with MS arc Mouse.  with latest update  mouse no longer works.  Tried new bluetooth mouse. that does not work either.

 

Blue tooth is on and detects and commuincates with my smart tv

 

 I have spent many hours searching for a solution, find that numerous others have same problem. have tried mny "solutions", none of which work.
