Hi, sory for wake up this again, but I have got similar problem. My HP Pavilion G2 250 with Windows 7 can see my Sony wh1000xm3 bluetooth, but the headphones can not pair with the laptop, there is no sound and no 'the device is connected' line. Maybe I also need install A2DP driver ? Would you please send me a link with a right driver? Btw a JBL bluetooth speaker has connected good, there is sound and everything.
