Product: zbook15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a HP ZBook 15 running Window7 and purchase Logitech M585 mouse.  When I try to pair the mouse with the laptop.  When I try to add a new bluetooth device by using the "Add Device" option it will not complete.  The Laptop recognizes the M585 mouse but it won't finish and gives me an error of:

 

Adding this device failed because of an authentication error.

 

This might be due to the use of an icorrect pairing code. 

 

Try adding again using the correct pairiing code for the device......

 

It goes on stating that I might need special software, security certificates or firmware/software upgrade.

 

 

Anybody know how to fix this?
