Product: HP Elitebook 2760p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP elitebook 2760p and for a while, Bluetooth was working just fine. But today, I turned on the PC and all settings for bluetooth are gone. I ran the command "getmac," and got this message.
Physical Address Transport Name
=================== ==========================================================
2C-27-D7-7F-3C-0A Media disconnected
A0-88-B4-B3-68-B4 \Device\Tcpip_{8D75F22F-4B0F-4830-A71F-24190661E7E6}
The device manager shows no bluetooth. Rebooting does nothing.
When I first got this used, there was a similar problem with no bluetooth, and one day it just started working.
