I have an HP Probook 450 G4 Notebook PC with Intel Dual Band Wireless AC-3168 card and Windows 10 Pro 64bit OS. Bluetooth was compatible and worked fine on my machine since I bought it. But recently after reinstalling OS, Bluetooth doesn't work anymore. Running the windows troubleshooter shows that the device is not Bluetooth compatible. And I tried to set the service properties of service "Bluetooth User services 6179b" to automatic but it couldn't be applied. An error message appears saying "The parameter is incorrect." And only if it matters my laptop keyboard got malfunctional so I disconnected the keyboard plugging off the keyboard connectors. And I used an wireless external Bluetooth keyboard while installing OS. No Bluetooth or Bluetooth driver is visible in the device manager. But there is an error under Universal Serial Bus Controllers named "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" I've tried to install Bluetooth drivers manually. But it stays stuck in a command prompt showing "Attempt to execute c:\SWSetup\sp107300\install.cmd..." and after a while the window disappears as well as the installation process.
I'd be grateful to be informed about this situation about what might be causing this problem.
