Hi all!

I bought a brand new Spectre x360 13t about two weeks ago.  There's one really annoying problem with the bluetooth mouse, MX Master 3.  Every time I move the mouse after I stopped using the mouse for about 5 seconds, it lags.  It behaves like that the cursor sticks to the point until I have moved the mouse far enough to wake it up.  And it would then suddenly jump across the screen to the new point.  I searched online and it could be the power management of the bluetooth which puts bluetooth to sleep after being idle for a while. However,  there is no Power Management Options in the Device Manager of the installed Windows 10.  Really annoying!
