Product: Elitebook Folio 9480M
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just recently, the Bluetooth capability just seems to "disappear" from the face of the earth; it cannot be found on the laptop.  Windows Troubleshooter says "device not present", and Windows Bluetooth and other devices previously paired indicates "Bluetooth turned off" 

 

 Removing the battery and doing a reset and restarting,  followed by at least one additional reset and the device magically reappears.
