HP Compaq L2311c 23-inch Notebook Docking Monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I hope somebody can help. I have an HP Probook 450 connected to an HP Compaq L2311c docking monitor. The image on the laptop screen is fine. The image on the L2311c is not so good. The text is clear, but as soon as you scroll, or move the mouse pointer, the text changes colour slightly and appears blurry. This lasts for around 1 or 2 seconds after movement has stopped.

The USB lead has the blue plastic bits, I've tried all the USB ports on the laptop. The external monitor is at the native resolution, and the drivers have been updated.

Any ideas, please?

Thanks in advance,

Chris
