Product: HP stream laptop 14

Please can someone help me? I can’t get rid of the black screen saying boot device not found please install an operating system on your hard disk error message, hard disk (3F0). I have tried all I can from virtual help. I don’t know what else to do and rather desperate as this is my daughters only option to do her school work from home.
