Product: hp 255 g7
Operating System: FreeDOS
Hello,
brand new laptop with FreeDOS does not boot neither from USB nor DVD. I tried Windows 10 ISO and Ubuntu both from USB and DVD formatted with different tools (both worked on a different HP laptop).
I changed boot order and it still starts into FreeDOS. When clicking F9 I can select the folders from USB drive or Dv\D (whichever is inserted) but the result is "The selected boot device failed. Press enter to continue." I am puzzled as the only help articles claim about damaged hard drive.
