Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It's been probably two years since this laptop has shown me the "boot device not found" "please install an operating system on your hard disk." "Hard disk (3FO)" messages and just now am I trying to fix it because it didn't seem worth the time back then. I've already done the memory diagnostics and it passed the test, but when I try the storage test nothing happens. The screen just blinks and nothing is shown, no error, no "ok" message. I've reset the bios to defaults but it didn't fix the issue. I've also tried reinstalling windows through the f11 windows reset install menu but when i try to access it it send me back the the messages mentioned prior.
