Drive.jpgWhat is the purpose of Recovery and EFI system partition? I felt like it has consumed 1Gb of my SSD so I thought to remove it but what if my laptop gets crashed because of that, So I felt to ask in the forum or community! Should I remove or merge it with C Drive? If yes tell me the procedure to do so! If no what is the reason?

 I had Windows in SSD and  Ubuntu in HDD, Now I have formatted the HDD completely so now Ubuntu is removed from my computer, and in other to verify, I checked boot menu, but it shows the Ubuntu and another Windows boot manager, how to remove these things completely when I boot up with Ubuntu some terminal like thing open "grub>" like this. Please help me to solve this
