Please help.  I bought an HP Envy x360 13-inch laptop (AMD Ryzen 5 4000 series) a couple of months ago and I love this laptop...except for one really big issue...when I am on Zoom calls (which is all the time), using the built-in speakers (I don't want to use earphones), the sound fades in and out all the time.  It is incredibly annoying.  What do I do.  I see others have had this problem, and advice has been given by an HP agent, but then there is no indication if the advice actually worked.  Please can I get a solution that has worked for others with an HP Envy x360 13-inch.
