Product: ZBook Studio G5 x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I have recently bought a HP ZBook studio G5 x360, and noticed a small bug in the HP Support Assistant
Because I use my laptop plugged in a lot, I limited the battery charging to a max of 80% in the BIOS. This causes Windows to report the battery is not charging, and it seems that the HP Support Assistant automatically assumes battery failure when the battery fails to charge. However all the information given under advanced info suggests that there are no actual issues with the battery.
